We have been committed to developing young minds since 2007. Our curriculum is scientifically proven to substantially increase student scores on standardize test in Math and Reading/Languages Art. Though most teachers do an admirable job in the classroom, many children do not learn well in traditional classroom settings. We believe that a child's strength and natural ability needs to be the foundation of learning.
Our tutors are all certified teachers with B.S. or Master Degrees in Early Child Education, Special Education, ESE, and School Psychology. Our tutors are experienced and taken through a nationwide background screening prior to joining our team.They focus on building confidence, motivation, focus, and problem solving skills. Our tutors also share successful strategies with students so they can succeed on their own.

Our founders, Robert and Tiffany Wilson, partnered with Domino's Pizza (2000-2002) to initiate a literacy program in the New Orleans Public School District while Robert played football with the New Orleans Saints. In 2007, they started A Stepping Stone to serve students attending schools in Florida, Georgia, and Alabama.
Their ultimate objectives are to diagnose student learning needs by using formal and informal assessments, and to provide individualized instruction that closes student achievement gaps through proven research- based intervention methods.
