Customized Tutoring Programs to Meet Your School’s Needs
We know that every school has different needs. Before we begin a tutoring program at your school, we will take the time to find out what is most important to your school. We will ask the question, "What specific needs and desires can we assist you with?" Then, we will honor your specific needs and desires while implementing our program at your school.
After each term, we want to continue refining our tutoring program to fit your requirements.
Here is a list of questions we ask to strengthen our partnership:
1. Were our tutors well-
trained?
2. Was there sufficient
communication with staff
and parents?
3. Were the school's child
safety measures followed?
4. Did we help make the
children more confident
with greater self-esteem
through our program?
5. Did we make the process
easy for everyone - staff
and parents?
We pay for the use of school facilities for our tutoring programs. This money goes, in most cases, directly to the schools.

After school tutoring is a great way for your teachers to do what they love and generate supplemental income. We have a very competitive compensation program. We are very familiar with your State's Standards and Guidelines needed to prepare a proper Student Learning Plan. Curriculum Specialists work directly with our tutors, parents, teachers, and facilitators to create custom Student Learning Plans. All Student Learning Plans are approved and signed by parents prior to the start of tutoring. We understand the safety of the children in our care is paramount. We take complete responsibility for our students from the moment they arrive at tutoring to the moment they are dismissed. Each tutor will be trained according to each schools' emergency procedures, and they will have each students' emergency contacts information.
Developing Student Learning Plans
Child Safety
Our tutors are ready to go, and they know what to do so that you do not have to worry. Our tutors will be well-trained, and we will supply them with teaching materials, emergency forms, progress reports, attendance sheets, and all other required materials.
Ready to go by October 15
We know the importance of the implementation of our program prior to the Federally mandated deadline. By starting on or before October 15th, each eligible student will have completed our program before State Standardized Testing Dates. We have well-tested programs in place to ensure we have qualified tutors who meet security clearances, training requirements, have the necessary materials on-site, and are ready to work.
Meeting Federal Guidelines
We work hand-in-hand with each school's administration and staff to ensure we comply with all federal guidelines that are associated with the proper implementation of our SES program.
